Amber Rippy is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Chamberlain University in 2025. She has a passion for helping people feel their best and improving lives through supportive, relationship-based care. Amber will be seeing patients at Revive and is currently accepting new patients.

Single Adult:
$85 per month
Married Couple:
$135 per month
Children:
$10 per month,
per child
(added to an adult membership)
Family Example:
A household with two adults and two children would be $155 per month($135 for the married couple + $20 for two children)
