Shelly rippy, RN
OWNER | SPA DIRECTOR
Shelly moved to Sedona, AZ in 1997 with her husband Mark and their two children Andrew and Amber. Her heart has grown to love the Verde Valley for the past 26 years. She loves spending her free time with her family and growing family of four grandchildren.

Once Shelly's daughter graduated high school, she decided it was the perfect time to pursue nursing school. Shelly worked as a telemetry, ER, OB, and Med Surg Nurse for 5 years before taking the plunge to fulfill her dream career; becoming an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Having prior experience as a cosmetologist and now having her RN it has been a perfect blend of the two careers. Shelly brings compassion and education to help her clients to better themselves inside and out.
Starr Cecil, RN
Cosmetic Injector | Infusion Nurse
Starr grew up and has lived in the Verde Valley area for 35 years. Together, her and her husband Jake have raised two beautiful children who are beginning their own lives as young adults. Starr has been an RN for 5 years with most of her experience as a nurse in hospice care. She was previously trained and licensed as a nail technician before moving on to becoming a nurse. She is excited to combine her love of aesthetics and nursing to help patients feel beautiful inside and out.
Kellie O'Connor, RN
Cosmetic Injector | Infusion Nurse
Kellie is an Arizona Native and began her medical career in the late 1980’s. Kellie has worked as an Advance EMT, in Orthopedics and Neurology to name a few. In 2004 Kellie returned to Cottonwood from PHX, once her children were on their own of fulfilling her lifelong dream in becoming a Registered Nurse. Kellie currently works as charge nurse on the Yavapai Unit at VVMC. Kellie began searching for other specialties as a registered nurse and found herself enrolled for classes at the National Laser Institute in 2022. There she began her cosmetic nursing journey. Her passion to help others improve their health from inside out is what she enjoys to do when she is not at her full time position at hospital.
Jordyn Rippy
Licensed Esthetician | Office Coordinator
Jordyn was born and raised in Arizona. She was recently married to Andrew where they reside in Cottonwood, AZ with their two dogs Beans and Mila (Furr Babies). On her days off she enjoys spending time with her family when she isn't sleeping. Jordyn worked as an EMT for 3 years before she decided to combine her love and knowledge in health and beauty. She graduated from Rogers Academy of Beauty in August 2021, where she began her true passion in skincare. Jordyn enjoys learning new techniques to incorporate into her facial services. Her goal is to make her clients feel their most beautiful selves inside and out.
